Women Work Life Balance: Work Family Life Balance

Women often struggle with a work life balance.  More than men women feel responsible for the home chores, taking care of the family and a career.  So if you feel your work and life are out of balance you are not alone. Many women struggle with creating a balance between spending extra hours at work and taking time to enjoy their home life including personal time.

Working with a personal life coach can help you identify what gets in the way from a balanced life. Sometimes your inner critic can stop you from enjoying some personal time or you may feel angry about the chores you have to do.  Life coaching sessions will help you sort it out and then create a road map to a more balanced life resulting in feeling calmer and peaceful inside.

Call Donna now to set up a complimentary coaching session: 917-463-4414 or REGISTER here and Donna will contact you.
