The provider, Breakthrough Life Coaching, retains the prerogative to modify the program at its discretion. 

A reserved seat can be cancelled up to 2 days prior to the program's commencement for a 95% refund.

However, any cancellations made thereafter render the fees non-refundable.

Refund amount will credited to the registered bank account of the customer within 7 working days after the cancellation.
